I/O Bus

The I/O bus is the I/O data bus for the I/O expansion modules. Through this bus, I/O and diagnosis data are transferred between the processor module and the I/O expansion modules. Up to 10 I/O expansion modules can be added (see description for I/O bus in the system assembly chapter: Serial I/O-Bus
