Command ‘Frame selection’¶
Function: The command opens the dialog Frame Configuration.
Call:
- Menu
- Click on the button Configure in the property References.
Requirement: An element of the type Frame or Tab control is selected in the editor. View Element properties is opened.
Dialog ‘Frame Configuration’
The dialog enables you to select one or more visualizations from all available visualizations. The selected visualizations are displayed at runtime in the window area of the frame or the tab control.
By visualization name | The list of available visualizations in the project and the libraries is sorted alphabetically. |
By type or instance | The list of available visualizations in the project and the libraries is sorted by type or instance. |
Input field for a filter | If a filter text is input, only those visualizations whose names contain the filter text are listed. |

Click on the symbol to add a visualization to the list of selected visualizations. Requirement: this visualization is selected under Available visualizations. Hint: to add a visualization, you can double-click on one under Available visualizations. |

Click on the symbol to delete a visualization from the list. Requirement: this visualization is selected under Selected visualizations. |
The visualizations are automatically numerically indexed via the order in this list. The uppermost visualization has the index Please note: a frame and a tab control use the index in the variable specified in the property Switch frame variable. |
