Purpose

Communication Module CM574-RCOM is equipped with 2 serial interfaces (RCOM protocol communication and Console) which provides the remote protocol RCOM/RCOM+.

Depending on the electrical connection, the physical interface of the RCOM protocol interface and the debugging terminal interface is either RS-232 or RS-485.
