Installation of the Files for the CM574-RS¶
Installation with Control Builder PS501, Version \ V1.3.0 or Higher
From PS501 Control Builder version V1.3.0, all files required for operation of the CM574-RS are installed automatically during installation of the Control Builder.
All files are stored in the AC500 target directory:
..\%CommonProgramFiles%\CAA-Targets\ABB_AC500
The environment variable %CommonProgramFiles% corresponds to
- “Program Files\Common Files” for English operating systems or
- “Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien” for German operating systems.
Installation without Installation of the Control Builder \ PS501
The target for the CM574-RS can also be carried out without installing the PS501 Control Builder version V1.3.0 (or higher). If for example version V1.2.x of the PS501 Control Builder is installed on the PC, the target can be installed separately to it.

The file AC500_CM574_V13.tnf has to be selected.
Caution
In order to be able to use the target of the CM574-RS, it is imperative that the AC500 targets of version V1.2 are installed, as for example all libraries are loaded from the directory of the V1.2 targets.

- The actual number of configuration files can differ from that in the table. For example, configuration files of additional S500 I/O devices can be added.
- The configuration file AC500_DPR_CPU_Comm_V13.cfg is the same file for the CM574 Communication Module and the AC500 CPU.
