Creating Configuration Data in Automation \ Builder

The IEC60870 protocol can be used by the user after the configuration has been done.

Create configuration data will first call the overall validity check. If that fails no configuration data is created and no download is possible. The errors can be seen in the messages view.

The selected Control and Substation data points are now available as global variables in the CODESYS program.
