Parameterization of the External Communication Module CM577-ETH/CM597-ETH¶

Double-click on CM577_ETH (CM577-ETH) or CM597_ETH (CM597-ETH) to open the CM Configuration in the editor window:

The following parameters are available:

Parameter	Default value	Value	Meaning
Run on config fault	No	No	In case of a configuration error, the user program is not started.
Run on config fault	No	Yes	The user program is started independent of a faulty configuration of the Internal Ethernet Communication Module.
Do not delete Config on Reset origin	0	0	The Ethernet configuration is deleted after Reset origin.
Do not delete Config on Reset origin	0	1	The Ethernet configuration (e.g. IP address) is still available after Reset origin.
