Connection of the Processor Module to the CS31 system bus

Connection using COM1 of the \ Terminal Base

The Processor Module can be used as a CS31 bus master. The connection is performed via the serial interface COM1 used as a CS31 system bus. The following drawing shows the connection of the bus signals BUS1 and BUS2.

With connecting the terminals 1-2 and 3-4, a pull-up and a pull-down resistor can be activated (see chapter Serial Interface COM1 (PM57x, PM58x and PM59x Serial interface COM1 of the Terminal Bases (PM57x, PM58x, PM59x)).
