Add EtherCAT protocol to PM595 in Automation Builder 1.2

Via context menu the user can configure the EtherCAT protocol or PROFINET protocol on ETH3 and ETH4 in Automation Builder 1.2. In Automation Builder 1.1 only PROFINET was supported on ETH3 and ETH4.

If the user selects EtherCAT, the Automation Builder 1.2 changes the “ETH3 (<Empty>)” node to “ETH3_ETHCAT” and automatically adds an “ETHCAT-Master” node below ETH3. The device “ETHCAT_Master” is identical to that one, which can be added below the coupler device “CM579-ETHCAT” on the “Extension_Bus”, i.e. the user can now add any EtherCAT slave (e.g. “CI511-ETHCAT”) below the configured master device.

The configuration parameters are the same as for any other EtherCAT master device.
