Buffer size

The maximum size of the communication buffer on the PLC in bytes. With default value 0 the size will be automatically calculated to accommodate all parameters of the device with the largest parameter set. The value may be set to a different value to limit memory consumption. When using multiple open devices below a PLC only one communication buffer with constant size is reserved. In case all devices are configured with buffer size default value 0, the maximum buffer size over all devices will be used. In case one or more devices are configured with a specific buffer size (that is unequal 0) the lowest configured buffer size is used.
