Set Point Selection

In the PS564 Temperature Control library are 3 set points available:

• Normal set point: For normal operation.
• Standby set point: For standby operation with a lower temperature to save energy, e.g. during lunch time.
• Tune set point: For auto tuning.

The first two set points use the same PID controller and the same parameters (see figure “Control Principle of State Machine” Control Principle). The tune set point skip the PID controller and is used during an auto tuning procedure (see Auto Tuning Control Principle).
