Command ‘Add Gateway’¶

Function: The command opens the Gateway dialog, where you can define a gateway channel and add it to the current device configuration.

Call: Menu Gateway in the Communication Settings tab of the device editor.

Dialog ‘Gateway’

Name

Name for the gateway.

Driver

Driver type, selection list.

Driver specific settings, for example:

IP address, Port

Editable after a double-click on the specified value. In the lower part of the dialog you find a short description on the parameter.

The dialog also serves for a later modification of the gateway settings in your project.
