‘Insert’ ‘Rising edge \ detection’ in LD

This commands inserts a R_TRIG function block, which serves to detect a rising edge (FALSE -> TRUE) at the incoming signal. The same is true as for command ‘Insert’ ‘Function Block’ in LD which can be used to insert any available function block.
