Entering the Online Mode

Before you can enter the Online Mode, a gateway has to be selected.

  1. right-click on the topmost PLC tree node and select menu item Set Gateway.

    The dialog window Communication Parameters appears.

  2. Set the Parameters as described in CODESYS V2.3.x documentation and proceed with OK button.

    This information will be stored in the project file.

  1. right-click on the topmost PLC tree node and select menu item Login.

Note

The online mode can be entered or left for each PLC in the project separately.

It is also possible to be online with CODESYS V2.3 at the same time.
