Command ‘Change Password Online User’

Symbol:

Function: This command changes the password for the user who is currently logged on the controller.

Call: Main menu Online ‣ Security.

Requirement: The application is in online mode.

This command opens the Change Password Online User dialog box.

Attention

After performing this action, you can no longer use the previous password to log in.

Please use a strong password as follows:

• Password length >= 8 characters (best >= 12)
• Use uppercase and lowercase
• Include numbers
• Use special characters
• Do not use existing names or sequence of characters that are easy to guess (for example, “123”, “abc”, “qwerty”)
